I contacted Chassis By Zach regarding my dead battery and within 24 hours, Zach came out & tested my old battery, replacing it with s new one. He took the car around the block for a spin and reset the clock—and it worked great. So thankful for such good service!

Chassis by Zach--Outstanding!!!! Very friendly, understanding, professional staff who went out of their way to help us. Due to our circumstances of being over 100 miles from home and passing through Fredericksburg when we had our truck problems, they interrupted their scheduled work and made us priority. Their initial, very thorough, diagnosing process of the "check engine light" coming on necessitated ordering and installation of parts and further evaluation and repair work to be performed. During this time, they were very helpful in providing us their own personal transportation for us to get to and from our motel and to places where we could get a meal. Their recommendation of us not attempting to continue our travels until ALL was fixed, in my opinion, demonstrated their concern for our safety traveling on the road. Everyone was so helpful and kind. I was from out of town and traveling with a kid & dog. We needed that window shut for several reasons. Safety. Impending rain. Cold 🥶 Each person was polite & thoughtful from the front desk lady and the pretty lady that kept me informed about what was happening and explaining all the issues and the gentleman who was on his knees under the dash and taking the window apart to get it up. I am very very grateful for each one of them. I highly recommend this excellent crew of ‘my new friends’ who are very qualified in what they do. They like their job and they like people.
